What would cause a material change to the MIN shareprice may be very different to what would cause a material change for NWE.

ie NWE has Lockyer area is the main asset and almost any information could be material to NWE valuation.

For MIN being much larger and with many different, unrelated projects it may be argued that it is not materially price sensitive.

Also, MIN would have an argument.to wait for final report so that they do not mislead the market.
