It doesn't look like CGT rollover will be even close to a possibility. That might be why such a push to the negative from some, hoping for the magic 80% and some relief.

I don't think this will affect retail anyway as looks like a minimal take-up of the script so far from our side and retail that was tempted for whatever reason would have taken up last week.

The government could probably use some forced tax but no point in giving it away knowingly at this point for me.
