Hi alexei ii,
I continue to appreciate your input to this MIN T/O. Please keep it up and we stand strong together!
Regarding the Rococo 3D seismic acquisition, processing workflow and preliminary, fast-tracked products, your potted summary is solid. I am confident that field-processed,and processing centre "fast tracked" products are being generated and sent to MIN for use by their seismic interpreters. These early, "fast- tracked 3D volumes" will provide initial indications of potential drill targets at Lockyer Deep and, in particular, the Lockyer Deep 2 and North Erregulla Deep 1 location's to further de-risk subsurface uncertainty.
MIN also have in-house Ringneck 2D seismic lines which may display various seismic attributes (e.g. amplitudes, amplitude cut-offs) which could show tell-tale signs of the gas water contact. We have no knowledge of what these products and what they may be telling MIN. Of course, the fully processed Rococo 3D volumes from the seismic processing centre will be used in the final subsurface interpretation.
Below a 2D seismic line over Lockyer Deep that NWE provided shareholders before the Lockyer Deep gas discovery. They're talking seismic amplitude brightening as a gas indicator.
Kind regards OldGeo
