My understanding is that at 75% MIN can either, at the AGM or by special resolution, call for a vote on delisting NWE.
They need shareholder approval to delist NWE.
They cannot vote on the delisting resolution.
With the number of shareholders that are saying they will not accept the offer, NWE delisting is extremely unlikely IMO,
Any vote on delisting will not happen, timewise, until after we have the drill results.
Whole new ball game then - good or bad.
Just my opinion, DYOR.
