    Why 75%?
    What do you think he can realistically do at 75% with there being 6,700 shareholders at the AGM.

    We only need 150 shareholders with $500 worth of shares to frustrate any attempt at delisting.
    I believe it is extremely unlikely there will not be more than 150 shareholders left.

    So what else does the 75% mean?
