NWE had 6,700 shareholders at the AGM.
They will have less after the takeover.
However, if MIN get to 75%, do you believe that there will be less than 150 shareholders with $500 worth of shares to stop any attempt to delist NWE?

That's all it takes to stop any delisting.

MIN put that in the prospectus to scare people who are not able to do a basic search on this topic.

After the fightback to the takeover offer, I seriously doubt MIN believe they will be able to delist the company at 75% or even 85%.
I doubt believe they even think they can get to 75% now.
