I agree with him and stand by everything I said.

Your questions have been answered many, many times every day, in detail, or ad nauseum.
If you really want more detail, you would read through the threads and get more information on your question and other aspects of the takeover, rather than being too lazy to read through the threads.

If you really wanted to be thorough guess what - read the threads!

Anything that is sent through the mail is available online.
Go to the ASX, your broker, MIN or NWE - not very hard to find.
But then, you would have to look for yourself.
If you have friends ask them to email you.

I am one of the people who have answered this, and other questions, many many times - in detail.
But, you don't know that because your time is so much more important than other peoples, so you can't be bothered to read through the threads.

However, since you don't want to really research anything for yourself, I will give you some advice - for free.
