Excel sheet split of holders/folders - we have the 10% compulsory takeover blocked in our top 80 (excl Nominee accounts) : we have the 20% takeover blocked (causing CGT implications for folders) - these are my estimates only - looking at 25 - 30% blocking stakes :-
