The Directors did NOT give themselves any performance rights.
The shareholders voted to give them to the directors.
The directors could not even vote their shares on this.
So what is left for ASIC to investigate?
I'm tired of this ASIC/ASX should do something.
They won't because not one person has been able to tell me what they should investigate, apart from shareholders hurt feelings.
What have they done wrong that warrants an investigation?
Please don't include in your complaints that they approved/accepted the offer.
That is easy for them to defend, and ASIC will never investigate it.
What PROOF does anyone have that the directors acted in bad faith.
Yep, they made a lot of $$.
That is not proof of bad faith and does not count.
