I find it hard to believe there isn't a corporate governance lawyer out there who is across the matter; taking on the might of Mineral Resources would be a daunting undertaking...no doubt the company has a building tucked away somewhere in Perth just chock-a-block full of legal eagles.
Two things:
1. It would be an incredibly expensive exercise [and they know that] 2. What is the collective noun for more than one lawyer?
