    1) min leaves offer open/extends it. great if the well is a dud (I doubt it will be) WE could still take up CE's offer.
    2) Offer closed, The well is as good as CE and co think buda bing buda bang. MIN has to up it's offer. If he wants total control.
    3) offer closed, The well is underwhelming back to 4-5 cents (highly unlikely)
