From my understanding, I may be totally wrong. I believe it automatically extends to 12 months unless they close it.

But I have a very strong feeling that they know they are defeated by the strength and commitment of our HOLDERS.

Over on the MIN threads, they have gone extremely quiet about this takeover.
They are just crowing on about their other projects.

By the way do we now have a BOD at NWE? They have done a real dirty job on us. Where to from here, who is representing us I wonder.

Karma is coming to the BOD who likely will have a massive CGT bill, no sympathy from me whatsoever.
This $1.20 dividend is a tiny percentage as well.
