I think Chris wants the lot - not that you can trust what he says IMO but the first line of the bid says the intention is to acquire 100%...
He might let it close so he can play games with those of us that are left but he'll definitely need to increase the offer to get over the 75% / 80% / 90% key thresholds IMO
