IMO, those buying from market are either MINs friend who collect shares for MIN, or those who have some prior knowledge of 3D and drills, and want to take advantage later. Although 3D and prospect of drills are kept dark from us, I do not believe those influential parties will not have some leaked news. Otherwise MIN will not have a TO offer at this critical stage. We shall probably learn more from Wednesday holder list.

iF Mins’s friends are buying to accept the offer which is highly likely, it sort of makes the ruling that MIN are not allowed to buy on market during T/O, a pointless rule.
