Ann: Change in substantial holding from MIN, page-94

MIN price up $3.48 to %86.04 dragging NWE up with it.
Seems great for MIN until you have a look at the size of the trades.

Perfectly legal and happens to lots of companies but ASIC/ASX really really need to do something about this and create a minimum value to purchase shares.
I would suggest $500 as that is what they use for other purposes in the Companies Code.
