Seems to be a lot of misleading information flying around here at the moment regarding CGT implications. Refer page 64 of bidders statement where it is stated that in the absence of roll-over relief: "Any resulting net capital gain should first be reduced by any applicable CGT discount."
What is your and Roosters source to suggest otherwise?
