What an absolute load of rubbish.
The mods should not even let this crap be posted as its both misleading and untrue.
    Paid out for what?
    Please explain

Yes, MIN have the majority vote, on most, not all issues.
NWE is still listed on the ASX, so it's pretty obvious that MIN does not own NWE.

NWE will not be delisted - need 75% before they can even consider delisting and even then, it still very unlikely as has been discussed ad nauseum in these threads.
NWE will not be compulsorily acquired - 90% required and not even at 70% after all this time.
NWE is still a listed company. The BOD, new or existing, cannot simply act in MIN's best interest.
Now the BOD have to be more careful than when MIN had 19.9%.
They have to act in the best interests of all shareholders, and minority shareholders have specific rights per the Companies Code.
MIN cannot even use their shares to vote on some issues giving more power to minority shareholders than we had before.

All that matters now is the drilling and that looks to be about to start.
Another hit, and it's the end of any further takeover speculation at this sort of predatory pricing.

Just my opinions, not advice - DYOR
