He wanted a 100%, he said so, so a 70% (of which he already had 20%) is a fail.
MIN already owned 80% of the tenements, they always had control but now to clear out the remainder he will have to up his offer.
Will he extend on the same basis? Doubtful given the dial has barely moved over the past week.
And if the shares go from say 6c to 10c, I’ll make more than the MIN share price going from $80- to $130-
