80% is relevant to NWE shareholders but irrelevant to MIN , they 90% to compulsorily acquire the rest and get rid of the board, shareholders and de list it etc as that alone for them is too much costs $1m+ but more so lot of noise.
they have to shell real cash now to buy the rest on market and as said it could be cheaper for them v current offer or maybe it will be slightly expensive who knows
it’s very interesting how this is all going to play out
