they will keep the offer open to get to the 80%. If they don't, its going to hurt the flippers. In keeping the offer open, it will also keep a lid on the NWE SP. The only thing that will cause a break to this is material success in Lockyer 2 and NED-1 and the 3D seismic.
Did anyone else pick up that LKR 4 is located on EP368 (NWE 20%), and there are no wells on EP4xx where NWE has 22%?
What effect will this have on the booking of resources and valuation?
Will it disadvantage NWE?
Why is there no push back on the part of the bored to ensure wells are drilled in EP426?
