Ann: Change in substantial holding from MIN, page-98

I agree that keeping the offer open puts a lid on the NWE share price, however a drilling announcement should give NWE a healthy push and do a lot less for MIN.
All NWE has to do is get equal or a bit above the MIN price.
Normally, announcing drilling is starting within a very short time gives the sp a decent push.
Of course, if we hit gas there will be no holding NWE.
Less tradeable shares thanks to MIN might even help the price.
