It says it there in black and white. It says to delist it needs shareholder approval AND MinRes can vote. Note the terminology, it says AND not OR. I.e. they NEED shareholder approval before they even have a chance to vote. Those left of us holding are holding for a reason and that reaaon isn't to remove NWE from the ASX. They won't get shareholder approval.
