My point exactly! Entitled to vote and authorised/legitimate votes are obviously different....

But this is what I have been alluding to today!! So either they are entitled to vote and ASX would disregard as illegitimate OR they are entitled and authorised to vote.

If they are not authorised, then MINs statement is highly misleading and I would thing should be reported as such and they should be required to release and amended statement of clarification.
