As long as NWE remains a listed ASX company, with this being their major project/asset, the BoD of NWE will be required to report all notable events under continuous disclosure. Too bad if MIN want to keep their shareholders in the dark; NWE is obliged to keep us fully informed (and would be expected to seek out all relevant information from the Operator)
