If you know this has been discussed ad nauseum, why haven't you bothered to read the responses - many of them have been very clear on what happens.
1&2 - Technically MIN can apply to delist NWE at 75% - yes.
However, there are enough shareholders to stop this from happening.
MIN cannot vote on this issue.
If you want to know how delisting is stopped go back and read some of the many many answers.
It is extremely hard to see MIN being successful in delisting NWE.
3 - Not worth answering as it will not happen.
4 - Since NWE will not be delisted, we trade our shares just the same as we do now - on the ASX. MIN can only purchase 3% every 6 months so not a likely purchaser.
there are around 2 billion shares on issue that MIN do not own.
Just my opinions - DYOR or just simply ask the same question over and over because you can't be bothered reading the same answers repeated many times in these threads.
