For the record, I have been heavily invested in NWE since 2009.... This has always been a long term play that I was hoping would provide a better life for my parents in retirement.

My 4M shares are still locked away....and I have no intention of either taking MINs piss poor offer or selling at current prices.

My main concern is delisting, and yes I have read the previous posts, however they still had a high degreee of uncertainty...hence why I was seeking a little further clarification/comfort on the issue. I think anyone that doesn't have doubt about how this will play out over the next few weeks is kidding themselves, but I am praying for the right outcome for all us LTers.
