Did you actually read the whole thing, they will only proceed with a delisting if there are less than 150 shareholders with at least a value of $500?
If that condition precedent doesn’t happen then they won’t even bother delisting - it would be pointless.
There enough astute investors that know what is going on with this takeover which is clear by only receive 72/73% of acceptances.
