The compulsory acquisition will only happen after delisting, cap raises/dilution and running NWE SP into the ground....at that point the "valuation" will be in line with market cap and MIN get the remaining hold out shares for a steal...even below their current crap offer.

Yes, there are some MIN jollys trying to scare us into taking the offer....but equally, I'd say there may be some trying to convince us to "Do Nothing/Hold Fast".....because they know they will eventually get the remaining at an even lower price.

This all sucks balls hard and I'm jaded AF. But how does it play out any different? I was hoping to hold during the drill but whats the point if the offer just keeps getting extended and we can't decouple from a tanking MIN SP??
