The 12 month CGT discount still applies. Not tax advice, but for what its worth, I checked with my tax advisor before I accepted the offer (would never have accepted without the discount apply as would have been much better selling on market). The roll over relief (80%) merely determines if a tax event occurs on acceptance or not. It does not impact the 12 month discount.
