    The sale price of your NWE is based on the price of MIN shares you received at the time you accepted the offer.
    If you do not have the price for the time then you can argue either average price on that day or end of day price for MIN,

    It is not the price of NWE on the asx.
    You accepted MIN shares, not cash.
