MIN have now taken over the BOD of NWE. They have indicated that NWE will need, in part, to finance the (hostile) takeover, an arrangement that can now be inflicted as MIN has control. NWE funds that were previously earmarked to pay for appraisals have been depleted. NWE now illegally does not have an independent director on their board who represents the best interests of minority share holders. Despite their history NWE will now need to capital-raise to fund future work. Unfortunate, Bobby, that you only listen only to your own opinion. Bully all you like - you are in good company.
