    if you need to understand the process and timing, just review the recent WGO takeover, which was just completed.

    it will likely be the same process here, albeit you will receive shares in MIN Rachael than cash. If you want cash, you can sell on market, with all the issues around tax needing to be understood.

    alternatively you can accept the bid and get the MIN shares quicker
