Now that MIN has 90% of NWE, it MUST apply to compulsorily acquire the balance of shares.
IMHO, it simply has no choice - because it was its stated intention in the Bidders Satement that it WOULD do so.

And it makes sense that MIN would wish to do that.
It is just a matter of process, for MIN to do all the paperwork to officially lodge that Notice.
It will come in the next few days for sure.
