IMHO, it simply has no choice - because it was its stated intention in the Bidders Satement that it WOULD do so.
See the extract below.
And it makes sense that MIN would wish to do that.
It is just a matter of process, for MIN to do all the paperwork to officially lodge that Notice.
It will come in the next few days for sure.

good point Jake... it is a Must I believe too. That is it what is has said to the ASX

Also interesting what said earlier ( i think it was you) about 5 days trading once notice given... I wasn't aware of this angle
