History appears to indicate that Chris Ellison and MIN do not possess a favorable reputation or track record when it comes to taking over junior companies in the past. Consequently, I am not enthusiastic about MIN's potential takeover of DLI at its current low stock price. I will keep tight my holdings until the MRE of both Ida and Yin have been proven up and its sp reflects its true potential.
