To me it looks like MIN want to own the "Rock", hopefully getting DLI going into production. Me thinks that DLI might be owners of MIN shares and DLI is gonskey, along with us retailers.
DF did similar action with Atlas Iron and I got cooked then.
But I am staying with DLI and will follow the guidance - have a decent holdings now and I am willing to risk due to EV demands world wide.
My thoughts only DYOR.
