That's right - it's all scrip. So effectively it is just a change of management and a change of vehicle (Toronto listed albeit - so maybe difficulty trading for some) with a bit of an uplift. Though the uplift all depends on the value of the acquirer's shares which could go up or down before the transaction complete.

From my understanding, you will obtain Teranga CDIs which are listed on the ASX under TGZ (unless you elect to convert to full shares that trade on the TSX). Looking at the share price, TGZ has recently surged from 40c to $1.20 and is currently trading at recent highs which suggest strong investor interest.
