My guess is there won't be a second bidder.
I'm a little surprised at how low Teranga's share price is though (even after the appreciation over the course of this year), especially since they are producing 200,000 oz at around $800 all in sustaining cost, and they have $70 million in the bank. I would have expected it to be about double the current price.
