    I don't believe there will be a second bidder.

    From my discussions, I think MM and McQ believe Teranga is undervalued, and buying GRY is a more efficient way to buy in. They think Teranga has room to move up over the next year, possibly 50% and more. I believe they think we'll see $1.70 to $1.80, a buy selling zone for a large holding.
