You mean knowing full well that they could halve the SP? But to the contrarian is this not a buying situation? They sold down a little and the SP went down but their intention to TO looks undiminished and that makes the company attractive to a number of companies that could step in and compete. That's the danger of using their tactics, the company looks too cheap and other predators move in.
