No Hingdog, the rise is not based on substantial holders increasing their stock. Some further results on triple negative breast cancer, glioblastoma, timing of clinical trials, IND trials, etc. are due anytime now. Going by past spikes to 7.6 cents in March and 6 cents in June it seems to be hard to keep announcements under wraps. On both occasions the SP kept rising steadily fjust like today - today's rise was substantial; 0.6 cents on volume which we have not seen for 2 months. I guess a good announcement is surely coming soon.
And this time I think the SP will not reverse to around 3 cents but multibag from here. This depends though on the strength of results announced and possibly a partnering arrangement - the annual report said that there has been a lot of interest and discussions.
