So the last 2 announcements from MS show they have bought an aggregate of about 20 million shares overall, if you look at all the buys and sells, and then average out the cost, at about 40 cents. And neither announcement indicates shorting, as per the section 4's present relevant interest. It would seem to indicate that they see a substantial price increase for the share once in production.
