    True: IMO, Morgan Stanley are are custodians of their customers; including, you guessed it, Morgan Stanley! One arm sells to the other.

    IMO, they are not alone; most of these "custodial arrangements" are for the ultimate benefit of the custodian, not their clients.

    IMO, the clients may win, or lose, but the custodian always wins: House rules.
