Morgan Stanley and First Sentier have been Buying up Everything they can, all of your shares, at 57c to 58c cents.
Why?
They now own around 19%, which puts a Complete Block on Zhaojin reaching the 90% compulsory acquisition level.
Morgan Stanley and First Sentier obviously have a plan, a value plan here for their fund subscribers, they simply would NOT spend this much money unless on they were very sure of a return for their fund subscribers.
So the directors here get Zhaojin to agree they can have their performance bonuses, for the directors releasing an announcement that shareholders should consider selling into the Zhaojin offer, and for this pay-off, the directors get between three and a half ($3.5) million dollars personally each, and other amounts to various directors.
What a massive Stitch Up eh!
The directors have now clearly been paid off.
Everyone has made money here, Caigen, the current directors, Zhaojin etc .... EXCEPT the Retail Investors.
Isn't this a typical story?
Retail Investors have effectively had (some) of their hard-earned and worked for money stolen by these groups of mongrels.
Morgan Stanley and First Sentier have completely IGNORED the director recommendations.
Why?
I HATE corruption, in ALL it's forms, and it's clearly taken place here.
And there is NOTHING you can do about it.
