At this level of over 11% MS can either flip their shares to Zhaojin or block the compulsory acquisition at 90% required by Zhao. Reluctantly I have had to accept what has happened here and sold 50% of my position at 67.5 and have already invested 50% of those proceeds in RIO for the time being. Despite a good return I will never invest in another ASX share with too much Chinese involvement. On top of that the difference in the Resource grade as announced by supercharged M.Strizek and the recent reality begs a few questions.
