Looks to me Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc borrowed shares from Regal Funds Management Pty Limited as trustee for Regal partners private fund, CGS INTERNATIONAL SECURITIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. and EQUITY TRUSTEES LIMITED.
So MS think SP will down or will short it down, while lenders think it is okay at least? However MS lends SP to MUFG?? Can anyone tell what's happening?
