Assume this is all geared to help us all vote in favour of the TO - i guess with the management and board we have we deserve all we get which is FA. the bottom line who is coming out of all this on top and its not the shareholders who brought on market rather the "leaders" who gave themselves large incentive packages. We do have the feeling fo the titanic about us
