Sale of 4m shares provides some understanding / confirmation of the recent price action.....pressured & range bound !!
Not sure if we will get one more Ann on another $5 m TCV before financial year-end, but irrespective, expecting a very solid result for FY2020, underpinned by 3 + year contracts, all on a subscription basis. All indications are that the other major revenue stream, that being consultancy, will show commensurate growth. The Oil & Gas component of their business is the question mark, but this is relatively small.
