    There is PLENTY of people doing that and growing rapidly and quicker than competitors (below from AGM);
    "The good news is that we are growing our market share even as our competitors take online more
    seriously. The NAB online sales index suggests our category grew around 57% during the months of
    April to July, while we grew around 150% for the same period."

    TPW is also rolling out AI which allows users to place items in their room 'virtually' to see how it would look which obviously increases comfort from consumers when buying new furniture (including chairs).
    Payment protection plan is very cheap if you want the protection (especially in the context of buying large or expensive items).
    Take up of online furniture purchasing in Aus still pales when compared to UK/US and IMO this gap will continue to close as more consumers become comfortable with online.
    TPW also sell many products, many which don't need to be seen first (dog toys, children toys, gifts etc.)
    Completely get that online purchasing isn't for some people though I wouldn't underestimate how many people are willing to take the risk - especially millennials (and likely Gen Z).
