Having been in NVX when they listed, I believe the only criteria is that they revise last financial years fully audited Financial reports.
Novonix took approx. 4 months to list, but I believe it was held up because they applied at the start of July, so they actually had to wait a few months until their audited financial reports were ready to go (from memory)...
So I believe the basic process should only take 1 to 2 months max.
